Nous-Cooperativa Vino Nuovo

 

The Cooperativa Vino Nuovo was founded with the aim of enhancing the vine-yards managed with cutting-edge natural techniques that are inspired by quantum physics and promoted by the oenologist Alessandro Filippi and his collaborators of the Vini di Luce society.
After many years of experience, during which these techniques have been applied in the Veneto region of Soave, Valpolicella and Sicily, this new organization is born with the aim of enhancing the land, vineyards and grapes of the farmers members who use these methods in particular vocated areas of Italy.
The goal is to produce wines (but not only) with a high qualitative value, e-xpressive of the territory in various parts of Italy, creating a synergy both from a technical and economic-commercial point of view, based on the principles of the new sustainable economy .
The members of the cooperative are: farmers, viticulturists, specialized technical personnel, researchers in the natural agri-food sector and new techniques inspired by bioenergetics and quantum physics.
What is promoted is not just wine but a productive economic system capable of restoring and disinvesting the agricultural environment, spreading healthy and eco-sustainable methods and products.
The Cooperativa Vino Nuovo mainly deals with:
1. Research of natural agro-nomic techniques able to purify and restore the agricultural environment, through its scientific committees.
2. Production and marketing of agricultural products derived from members (not only wine but also oils, flours, etc.).
3. Technical assistance to companies that want to take this path.
4. New concepts of economy based on true cooperation, fair distribution of income and exchange of goods and services.

The wines of the Cooperativa Vino Nuovo have earned the “Vini di Luce” seal of guarantee.

Zone of origin: in the territories of Buseto Palizzolo contrada Colomba. Predominantly flat clay soils.
Catarratto Nous

CATARRATTO

Grape variety: 100% Catarratto from old vines.
Harvesting period: third week of September.
Collection method: manual.
Zone of origin: in the territories of Erice, Tangi area, Regalbesi district and Marsala. Primarily clay soil hills.
Bianco Nous

BIANCO DI SICILIA
Terre Siciliane PGI – 2015

Grape variety: 100% Catarratto.
Harvesting period: September.
Collection method: manual.
Areas of origin: mainly in the territories located in Judea – Marsala (TP). Predominantly flat lands of alluvial origin, sandy with the presence of several pebbles.

MAGENTA
Soave DOC – 2015

Grape variety: 100% Garganega, 17-year-old vineyard trained in Guyot.
Harvest period: late, after mid-October.
Collection method: manual.
Areas of origin: Castelcerino di Soave at 350 meters above sea level. Terrain of volcanic origin rich in clay.
